Extensive Computer literacy and knowledge on Business Domain.
Understands Business Intelligence tools (ERP, BPM, CRM,BT) and key protocols (SOAP, WSDL, XML).
Attentive to details, flexible and dependable.
Good interpersonal and coaching skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Experiences : Débutant < 2 ans - Anglais (courant)
