Documenting / reviewing SOPs, upgrade drafts, and change reports.
Perform Incident Management Including Service Request and Restoration for Intermediate / Low severity Tickets.
Support Business Based on Organisation requirement.
Practice of the English language and capacity to work in an international context (written and oral English essential)

Master's degree in Computer Science with at least 2 years experience
