Our client, a regional commercial bank in Nigeria, is currently seeking dynamic and dedicated Relationship Managers to join the bank. Collaborate closely with business heads to drive product sales and acquisition within identified markets.
Proactively sell, cross-sell, and upsell our client's products and services to maximize revenue.
Listen attentively to customer requirements and present appropriate solutions, effectively closing sales.
Achieve set deposit targets and contributions by acquiring business and investment deals from individuals and corporate entities.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, providing comprehensive financial guidance.
Handle client enquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
Develop and cultivate strong relationships with customers and organizations, acting as their advocate within the company.
Build, strengthen, and leverage internal networks, alliance partnerships, and relationships to enhance customer service and generate business opportunities.
Implement marketing strategies and programs provided by our client to boost profitability and expand the customer base.
Source clients for savings, current, and fixed deposit accounts, aligning with the predetermined targets.
Generate quality risk assets in accordance with set targets and our client's credit policies and procedures.
Package customers' credit requests in compliance with our client's credit policies and procedures.
Monitor and ensure customers' compliance with credit agreements.
Manage client expectations, clearly communicating what can and cannot be done by our client.

Requirements
Qualification
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline in a recognized university. A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification would be an added advantage.
A minimum 4 years’ banking experience in sales and credit.
Good knowledge of Basic Accounting and Financial Analysis, Business Law, Business/Financial Advisory services, Banking Operations, Leasing, Trade Services, Laws, and regulations relating to Banking.
Credit Risk Assessment and Analysis skills, relationship management and networking skills, excellent business writing and presentation skills.
Good understanding of economic trends and implications on the banking/finance sector.
Business acumen and analytical skills.
Ability to read, construct and interpret personal and business financial statements.
Excellent Relationship Management and interpersonal Skill.
Good level of MS office tools (MS. Word & Excel).
Good understanding of business process.
Attention to details.
