Mission :
Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance of injection machines and peripherals/infrastructure to guarantee the continuity of the manufacturing process.
Ensure the availability of injection machines and peripherals, as well as the drying process. Meet the requirements of different departments in the factory and the demands of the company's customers.
Responsibilities :
Environement :
The Molding Specialist reports to the Maintenance Team Leader or Coordinator of Lear Connection Systems, a subsidiary of Lear Corporation, an American multinational company operating in the automotive industry.
Fonctions & Activities :
Suivre et apporter l’aide à l'équipe de techniciens de maintenance ;
Provide support and assistance to the maintenance technicians team.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment (molding and assembly, peripherals, drying, cooling, etc.).
Conduct training sessions and provide on-the-job guidance to technicians.
Ensure smooth handover and communication with other shifts.
Define and request the procurement of spare parts and replacement components.
Offer technical solutions and expertise during equipment purchasing.
Execute and complete technical forms for corrective and preventive maintenance requests.
Monitor the progress of scheduled interventions.
Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule.
Contribute to the improvement of maintenance procedures.
Identify recurring equipment failures and propose action plans.
Install, adjust, and upgrade new equipment.
Participate in meetings with production workshops and prepare activity reports.
Ensure the proper operational functioning of production equipment in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Profile
Training :
With a Bac+2 degree and 3 years of experience in industrial machine and tool maintenance within the plastics injection industry.
Skills:
Strong communication skills
Good level in French and English languages
Technical expertise in maintenance of injection molding installations (Cranes, Cooling system, Drying system, …).
Active listening skills
Computer skills
Versatility and adaptability
Experience :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance within the plastics injection industry, preferably in the automotive sector, is required.
