Missions & Responsibilities
Creator & Owner of Molding Master data (Molding DB, Matrix, Assignments, …)
Responsible of qualifications & validations of new equipments (machine, tool, peripherals..)
Creation of technical documents (instructions, parameters sheets, …)
Support the team in technical meetings and problems solving
Train injection molding personnel on fundamental process controls, material handling, material flow and general injection molding
Application & Respect of procedures (HSE, quality, process, …)
Maintain work discipline and order in the workplace
Ensure process compliance in audits
Profile :
Bac +2 or more in injection molding.
Good technical background and experience in the plastic injection process.
Good communication skills, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Spirit of analysis & synthesis
Continuous improvement mindset
Fluent in English and French.
Selection criteria:
Minimum 2 years in same position (plastic injection / Automotive industry)
