Caractéristiques du poste : Focuses on developing a broad understanding and mastery of international logistics planning, scheduling shipments of customer orders, and logistics coordination to support the Customer Service department. Documentation related to preparation of accurate shipping documents. Coordinating and scheduling multiple levels of logistics, working closely with several parties for optimized processes Initiation to contacting customers, freight forwarders, and third-party service providers to insure a smooth and prompt order and shipment execution. Banking matters – Introduction to Letters of Credit (L/C) and a variety of payment terms and financial scenarios Financial matters - such as credit management and approval, transaction details and recording Accurately and efficiently enter orders into the software within 24 hours after receiving orders from salesperson. Obtain rates and coordinate with truckers and warehouses to reserve transportation space. Coordinate with railroad, truckers, shipping lines, warehouses to follow-up on transportation logistics and space allocation. Coordinate and follow-up with salespersons and/or customers on shipment schedules and/or other related matters. Work hand in hand with inventory person to ensure proper inventory allocation and ensure maximum quantity is being shipped in each container Schedule and release shipments from warehouses and/or suppliers accurately and on time.
Formation : Bac + 3, bachelor ,Marketing et commerce international
