Missions :
Follow-up of all accounting and administrative operations relating to customers.
Control and resolution of customer anomalies.
Prepare and control of manual invoices.
Establishment and analysis of reconciliations relating to module A.R
Establishment of reporting of items to general accounting.
Participation in monthly and annual closings.
Response to requests from external and internal auditors and auditors for AR modules.
Ensure the integration all the Self-Billing invoices before the closing date.
Maintain all accounts under 60 days and underline the overdues with risk of collection.
Weekly planning of commercial issues report.
Weekly report the status of the Bad debt.
Provide reports and support for audits.
Follow up on customers’ claims That arise from the collections process and ensure that these claims are solved in a timely manner.
Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements
Learns the rules; understands them; follows them, and participates in the energy, environment, safety and health program (e.g. planned inspections; energy, environment, safety and health suggestions; energy, environment, safety and health management systems, etc.).
Reports all incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions and acts to supervisors or uses the system set up to facilitate reporting.
To be successful in this role :
BAC + 5 in Finance & Accounting
0-1 Year experience in a similar position
Knowledge : Accounting – General Finance – Excel
Linguistic capabilities :
French & English
