Main Missions :
Development of ERP architecture: project design, project budget management, coordination between project participants (project leaders, developers, and consultants), test and deployment
Users training, instruction notes creation, ERP problem/bugs solving (QAD)
Coordination with the logistics department to prepare weekly/monthly KPl (Customer demand stability, MPS stability, OTD, OTIF, inbound cost premium freight...)
Participation in Financial operations of end of month/year Closing (checking/correcting the situation of stocks, sales, and costs RM & FG)
MRP/DRP parameterization and control
Establish stock projection based on factory consumptions, RM reception, FG planning & customer forecast
EDI management (Customer schedule, stoacts, customer ASN, self-billing, supplier schedule, supplier ASN)
Support for physical inventory: control of physical inventory data and ERP database update
Implementation and monitoring of electronic kanban system
Lead the Upgrade of ERP versions
Improving Warehouse Management by Integration of new process and improvements
Verification of the BOM accuracy to align the material physical consumption with the systematic use
Creating and maintaining work procedures in collaboration with Process Owners
Ensure the conformance of products and processes according to IATF, customer specifications, and requirements
To be successful in this position:
Bac+5, with at least 5 years of experience within an automotive Industry
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Solid experience in ERP as KU. Minimum 3 years.
Highly effective communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
High level of English language, spoken and written
