Position overview:
As an AKU (Advanced Key Used) for our Connection Systems plant, you will be independently responsible for ensuring the physical flow matches the system flow, ensuring each logistics process and each logistics team member has access, and now how to efficiently use the information system.
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of the site's ERP system(s) and ensure its smooth running by complying with Lear requirements as well as customer specifications and/or requirements arising from the various internal/external audits.
Project management & functional needs analysis: identification of business needs, new flow/process management, implementation of EDI connections, and internal parameters and tests.
Ensures the availability of QAD and/or ERP in effect. and provides technical assistance to users to ensure smooth operations.
Monitors and ensures the transmission and processing of incoming and outgoing EDI messages, and the proper functioning of the overall EDI system (customer requests, sales/transfer starts, ASN Export/Import, and supplier supply requests)
Optimizes and automates business processes
Design Access/Excel macros to reduce workload
Leads and coordinates the establishment of new EDI Customer/Supplier connections and definition of flows
Leads cycle counts & annual physical inventories (W2W)
Key skills and Qualifications:
Bac+5 (logistics/informatics/engineering, 0 à 1 years of experience
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Solid understanding of Logistics
Ability to handle information systems, preferably having programming skills
Highly effective communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
