Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the team of Advanced Quality Engineers.
Lead the Advanced Quality activities related to new project with BMW.
Control and validate Quality APQP deliverables in Profile / LearPro.
Control and validate the development and the update of the control plan.
Control the submission of the Schedule-A / eAPQP to the customer.
Control the preparation of the list of special characteristic supplement-K / SCSS.
Ensure the follow-up of customer scorecards.
Control the problem-solving of customer claims related to prototypes and pre-serial production.
Control internal defect analysis for prototypes.
Control the implementation of engineering changes.
Support the preparation of the internal deviations to ensure adherence to customer requirements and Lear procedures.
Ensure the self-assessment according to customer requirements (Manufacturing Site Assessment…).
Encourage the team to propose solutions and to remove the roadblocks.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Bac+5, with at least 5 years of experience within the automotive industry
Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)
Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…
Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP…
Good skills in Team Management
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
