Job Purpose
The Associate Global Mobility Manager leads the operational delivery of JESA Expats and outpats in line with the Global Mobility policies and procedures and legislative requirements. The person in this role manages a team of HR Global Mobility staff to deliver a timely, accurate, and cost-effective service to expats including work permits and residency cards, expat payroll, tax payments...
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Expat Management:
Single point of contact of expats throughout their assignment process from their mobilization to their demobilization.
Coordinates with the Global Mobility of the different home the assignment’s letters preparation Manages admin support for relocation, settlement and immigration.
Coordinates expats compensation and benefits administration with various stakeholders and answers T&C questions from the business.
Policies and Compliance:
Ensures that the Global Mobility policy and framework is rigorously understood and applied across the region
Manages Expats queries and escalates any risks or exception requests as appropriate...
Ensures full compliance with immigration and taxation regulations.
Connects with the relevant state agencies, administrations and partners to solve admin issues.
Stewardship:
Calculates BWRs of exapts, validates task orders and LDC invoices, tracks budgets
Africa set-up:
Takes part in elaborating immigration and mobility requirements, processes for African countries other than Morocco and advises HRBPs, managers, recruiters and employees on immigration and mobility requirements, processes and matters.
Team Management:
Fosters Global Mobility team creativity to deliver the best and cost-effective solutions in support of expats and the business.
Ensure superior customer service is achieved and that SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards are met.
Working in partnership with the local JESA HR team and Talent Management team in respect of talent development initiatives, review and approval in coordination with home offices
Education
Bac +4/5 - Graduate & Postgraduate
Curricula: Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law
Global Experience
More than 7 years
Specific Experience in the position
3 years of prior management experience or experience supporting international/Global Mobility operations
Previous experience with developing policies and processes to help scale relocation, internal transfers, and immigration/work authorization programs
Good knowledge of Global immigration laws and processes
