Job Purpose
< 500,000 PS Hours < 250 M MAD Revenue / Scope Responsibility
- Engineering & Construction management PMC/EPCM (Small projects).
- Small complicated projects / Medium projects (Under PM leadership)
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Health & Safety:
Prepares and implements a health and safety plan for the project and ensures a culture of safety.
Demonstrates full commitment to all health and safety matters and provides safety leadership to the project team.
Team Leadership:
Leads a project team that may be comprised of multi-discipline members.
Technical Expertise:
Ensures Company methodologies, processes, tools and systems are used throughout the project and compliance requirements are met/satisfied.
Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc.) to oversee the successful execution of the project plan.
Financial/Contract Management:
Applies in-depth knowledge and understanding of client contract to the oversight and management of the project.
Ensures proper change control processes are understood and used with the project team and with the client.
Planning & Execution:
Develops project schedules and resource plans and requirements for all aspects of the project.
Manages the application of appropriate coordination, and implements regular reviews and controls to monitor project progress.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Identifies and understands the client’s key drivers (KPIs).
Risk Management:
Identifies potential risks or new risks as the project progresses and effectively develops risk mitigation, contingency and resolution plans
Education
Engineer degree
Curricula: Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Mining, …..or equivalent)
Global Experience
10-13 years of related project management experience.
1 to 2 years of Field Experience
Solid understanding of digital and data-centric project execution
Specific Experience in the position
Demonstrated project management aptitude; successfully lead small projects. Completed PM Essentials training and assessments.
Interview by MOP and approved by Manager of Operations.
