Job Purpose
The Business Analyst Manager accomplishes results through proper technical training, coaching, and monitoring of his/her employees. The person in this role develops advanced concepts, techniques, and standards and is viewed as an expert within JESA. He/She also acts as a consultant to upper management as well as an internal/external spokesperson for the organization on significant business analysis matters. Finally, the individual most importantly provides advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets and during the evaluation of proposals in terms of JESA’s priorities and financial resources.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Develops the annual sales budget and analyzes monthly/Quarterly/yearly for variances
Prepares various sales analysis reports such as work off revenue, margin analysis, cost metrics, B&P metrics, etc.
Develops metrics and trends used to support the relationship-based business model and growth of the business
Supervises preparation of annual G&A forecast and monitor monthly
Performs analysis for special reports and presentations requested by Senior Management
Prepares sales portion of high-level presentations such as board meetings, ABM, and senior management meetings
Setting goals in the middle and long term or enhance procedures and standards internally for continuous improvement
People management, in terms of mentoring, coaching, and developing his/her team
Understand the market trends and best practice to ensure business analysis strategies and approaches are optimized, risks are identified and insight is gained
Evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met

Bac +4/5
Curricula: Finance / Business / Mathematics
Global Experience
10-15 years
Specific Experience in the position
5-8 or more years of progressive experience in business analysis or related, including at least 4 or more years in a leadership level role or proven leadership ability.
Experience with resource and budget management is a must.
A certification would be valued.
