We are looking to hire a data analyst to join our business operations team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, automation, analytics, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases. You will also need to facilitate and accelerate analysis and steer decision making to improve profitability.
Transversal coordination with operational, automation and development teams
Serve as a reliable and knowledgeable reference to the business stakeholders
Act as a catalyst between operational and development teams to translate requirements into prototypes
Drive and Manage automation projects
Building, enhancing reports and dashboards, data modelling, ETL and data visualization.
Maintain database by assembling, synthesizing, and verifying data from various sources
Prepare the solution guide for automation by understanding the business requirements, working closely with business owners, automation communities and tools team
Design, develop, test and publish the automation solution using best practices
Coordinate development and implementation of solutions with autonomy and leadership
Proactively analyze business data to identify potential gaps in business rules
Data Analytics
Play a key role in the E2E process of Data Analytics for Networks, Infrastructures and Services – including cost/revenue from gathering, onto analysis and further reporting/ visualization
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Enhancing data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems
Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Analyze large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions
Presenting results in a clear manner using data visualization techniques
Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
Collaborate with Business and IT teams, provide business and process analysis and investigate opportunities for process improvements in consultation with Project Office, Automation Manager/Community and Operational Managers

Skills & Profile
Programming Skills – knowledge of statistical programming languages like R, Python, and database query languages like SQL, Hive is desirable
Statistics – Good applied statistical skills, including knowledge of statistical tests, distributions, regression
Data Wrangling – proficiency in handling imperfections in data is an important aspect
Excellent documentation skills
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Well versed with designing and delivering of effective and interactive dashboards
Strong communication skills
Result and Team-oriented
Experience
Min 3/5 years in Scripting/Automation and Analytics
Agility and Project coordination
Process and tools improvement
Matrix management and operating in a diverse environnement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or Business – MS or MBA a plus
Fluent English. French a plus.
