What will you be doing ?
Define the commercial strategy in line with the targets for each country and consistent with the global objectives
Identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients of the region;Deploy commercial roadmap in target countries, where Suez Consulting does not yet have contracts or a permanent presence.
Partner with the country managers and other sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for opportunities and reach commercial targets.
Establish privileged contacts with local consultancies, potential representatives, as well as with the Public Authorities concerned by the activities of Suez Consulting; you’ll be is also in charge of developing relationships with local representatives of bilateral and multilateral donors.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
This position requires frequent business trips to the target countries in Africa.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 10 years of experience in business development of transport, infrastructure or environment activities in Africa;
An experience in consulting & engineering would be a plus.
Ability to establish contacts at all levels ;
Very good interpersonal skills ;
Organized and precise ;
Good understanding of the specificities of each country ;
Good understanding of the issues for Consulting activities
Fluent in French and English and excellent both written & oral communication.
Impeccable ethics standards.
