As a CDN Service Architect, you will play a key role in the transformation and simplification of CDN services.
Your main missions will be as below :
Designing CDN Service architecture in response to business requirements, by defining and combining all the necessary building blocks.
Defining functional and technical engineering and architecture for CDN networks based on the needs of the services and all the given constraints, such as impact on existing systems, QoS, resilience, performance, etc.
Promoting and validating the architecture choices and ensuring that they are documented.
Contributing to the implementation of the proposed CDN solutions.
Keeping a CDN technological watch, working closely with our suppliers, skills centres, and Orange Wholesale's team of architects.

Technical skills required for your missions
Strong technical expertise in IP network fundamentals (IP/routing, TCP/UDP/ICMP)
Good expertise and experience of DNS configuration
Good expertise of web architecture and protocols (http, https, ssh, NTP) ;
Good understanding of BGP routing
Linux admin system skills
Security : OpenSSL, good knowledge of encryption, signature concepts by public and private keys
Additional Expertise (Not Mandatory, but Highly Valued):
Understanding of CDN, video streaming & web caching protocols, with a willingness to explore related technological solutions.
Basic understanding of software development, especially Python, and scripting.
Basic knowledge of the cloud environment and virtualization (VMs, containers).
