Missions
Within the Mobile Services department, you will conduct technical studies and manage projects for the introduction of new Roaming & Messaging services (Rhub, SMSC IoT, A2P, etc.).
You will work closely with the OWI teams (Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.) as well as with the group’s subsidiaries.
Activités
1- Pilotage technique de projets pour l’introduction de nouveaux services
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les entités marketing OWI et du système d’information pour la définition de la solution technique
Vous analyserez les expressions de besoins du marketing et assurerez la rédaction des spécifications techniques - Etude des solutions fournisseurs et contribution au RFP
Pilotage de la validation et de l’intégration réseau et SI (provisionning, supervision, facturation,…)
2- Expertise technique et évolution de services opérationnels :
Etudes de dimensionnement, ajouts de capacités, études de nouvelles fonctionnalités
Support des équipes d’exploitation et du CSC IW pour les analyses d’incidents complexes
Support occasionnel des équipes commerciales OWI (présentations aux clients, formations, …)
