Help our clients identify what people do, think, buy, believe and why, by being responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing Market Research projects.
Responsibilities
Design and plan research projects following client briefing and needs
Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
Design questionnaires and methodologies of collecting information
Co-operate the execution of projects, inform clients on progress, and give specific instructions to other departments regarding the collection and electronic processing of information
Analyzing data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
Qualifications
University degree in Marketing, statistics or economics, ideally from the following institutions: (ENCG, ISCAE, AKHAWAYN, HEM, INSEA,…)
First experience within a Market Research agency (including internships) would be a plus.
Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies.
Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
Thorough knowledge of marketing programs and strategies.
Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong proficiency in statistics, web analytics and business research tools.
Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases and statistical packages.
