Communications & CSR Manager (Morocco-Tunisia-Libya) - VIE Contract (W/M)
We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of Communications & CSR Manager (MCO Morocco-Tunisia-Libya) - VIE Contract (W/M)
Target start date : 1/06/2022
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head of Communications & CSR to implement the MCO Communications (Internal/External) & CSR strategy and action plan
Editorial/Digital management: defining and implementing the content strategy for our corporate websites, twitter account, yammer, facebook pages… in alignment with communication objectives and key audiences, while meeting the needs of the wider visitor.
Write original and relevant content which can take different formats: speeches, social media posts, video, scripts, Q&A, press releases…
Develop and implement innovative and impactful formats to engage with various internal and external audiences.
Support the GBUs (General Medicines, Vaccines, Consumer Healthcare, Specialty Care) in their communications & event strategy/actions.
Work closely with HR for employee’s engagement communications.
New branding: follow up the process of new Sanofi branding in Morocco & Tunisia.
Organize internal & external events.
Regular reporting to the MCO Head of Communications & CSR
Requirements/Skills
Master’s Degree & experience in Communications, public relations…
Excellent written and oral skills (French and English)
Ability to work and cooperate seamlessly with people at different levels of an organization.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills: a strong collaborator and problem-solver, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Great interest for understanding the execution of the corporate strategy, the inside dynamics and big picture of a global organization while keeping an operational mindset.
Confidence and know-how to guide communications activities.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
Affinity to new digital channels, tools, and trends.
