Job Purpose
Animate and manage the team of all actors of the project during construction phase to guarantee to the Project Manager and the Client the main success criteria : cost, delay, quality and security.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Organize the construction phase of a project and ensure the planning of all tasks of follow up, control, validation in relation with the client's team, the building companies and other actors participating to the construction
Define roles, responsibilities, Leadtime and objectives of the team participating to the execution of construction
Establish rules for coordination, communication and execution of contractual and legal elements, the visa and the follow up of technical control and the management of construction market
Ensure the follow up of the incidents and disputes during construction
Prepare the necessary reporting’s for the Project Manager and the Client: Progress project, Changes, Monthly Reports, Weeklies ...
Pilot construction follow up meetings and ensure respect of decided actions

Minimum of 5 years as project engineer
