Customer Care & Warranty Manager - Electronics (EU&A)
As Customer Care & Warranty Manager - Electronics for Europe and Africa, you are able to lead multiple teams and enjoy working with our customer directly.
The purpose of this role is based around three main pillars: Significant Issues & Escalations, Customer Care and Warranty Costs Management
You are the right candidate if you are an engineer with some interest or experience in Electronics with an MBA / Business mindset who enjoys achieving goals.
You are not the right kind of person for this role if in case you may have a preference in staying at your comfort zone or willing to be in a role with a main focus in report data. This is because the role is a key position of customer & stakeholder management where the candidate must be ready to build relationships with customers.

As our next Customer Care & Warranty Manager you will manage customer complaints regarding warranties & getting support from our plant teams to achieve quick actions. You will be troubleshooting all issues in coordination with the plan and monitor forecast and budget the Warranty costs.
Requirements:
• Engineering studies and Business / MBA background
• At least 3 years of professional experience in contact with OEM customers.
• Fluent in English and one other European language
