Position overview:
Reporting to the Customer Demand Coordinator, our future Customer Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing Customer demand by permanent follow-up, and internal and external coordination to satisfy customer needs on time. Plan and organize all steps from Order reception to shipment achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders
Track customer variations
Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
Control and follow FG stocks
Organize customer pick-ups
Manage returnable packaging availability
Ensure delivery performance at the required level
Ensure internal KPIs are on target 0Premium Freight /0obsoletes/ OTIF 100%
Track customer backlogs to avoid any issues with customers
Monitoring product changes: 0 obsolete and handle customer claims
Key skills and Qualifications:
Bac+5, with at least 2 years of experience within the automotive industry
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Solid understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics
Highly effective communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
High level of English & French language, spoken and written
