Missions :
Receive and process customer orders
Track customer variations
Interacting with customers, and providing information to answer inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
Control and follow FG stocks
Organize customer pick ups
Manage returnable packaging availability
Ensure delivery performance at the required level
Ensure internal KPIs are on target 0Premium Freight /0obsoletes/ OTIF 100%
Track customer backlogs to avoid any issues with customers
Monitoring product changes: 0 obsolete and handle customer claims
To be successful in this position :
Master's degree in Logistics.
Good knowledge of Logistics especially for Planning and customer demand management.
Experience in Planning or customer service is preferable.
Good communication and negotiation skills in English and French language are mandatory.
