Missions :
• Analyze the fluctuations in customers’ demands.
• Interact with customers, provide information in answer to inquiries about changes, shipping...Etc. and confer with them throughout production to keep them informed of status of job.
• Monitor the Finished goods inventory.
• Plan and Organize transport, loading and shipping to customers.
• Ensure logistics performance in all customer deliveries.
• Handle Customer special orders.
• Adjust complaints concerning services.
• Coordinate customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service.
• Monitor products changes: 0 obsolete.
• Manage the Returnable packaging.
• Drive and anticipate new customer/project introduction.
• Keep Logistics KPI’s on target.
