MAIN MISSIONS:
Supervise the functioning of the quality team internally
Ensure the interface and exchange of information with the client.
Manage final control records with coordinators
Ensure the follow-up and communication of internal and external indicators and non-conformities and customer complaints
Animate and supervise the development of action plans following internal and external complaints
Participate in the development and updating of FMEAs
Develop and update Monitoring Plans
Track and address internal and customer rejections
Supervise prototype control and pre-series
Information and training of controllers on each complaint or new definition
Stop production to correct internal or external quality problems
Manage customer security in case of non-compliance found
Participate in the documentation of the quality part of EI and PPAP following a new project or modification in collaboration with the engineering department
Respond to QN quality notices to the SQTS system
Track customer feedback
Provide internal quality training for seamstresses and controllers
Respect the 7 Key Safety and Hygiene Elements
QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively collaborate with all functions to achieve/maintain the following certifications:
ISO TS 16949
ISO 14001
REQUIREMENTS :
Quality Engineering Degree
Notable experience in a similar position/industry
Good communication skills
Proficiency in both English and French
