We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for inbound calls. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
– Listen actively to customers’ inquiries and provide accurate information.
– Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
– Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
Profil Recherché
– Previous experience in customer service.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Ability to solve customer problems effectively and efficiently.
– Integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions.
