About the role
Orange's Customer Value Proposition shall enable us to have commercial power by expressing a value for the customer linked to their uses. A Customer Value Proposition Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that enhance the overall value proposition for our customers. This position requires a blend of marketing, customer insights, and strategic thinking to ensure that we produce the right content consistently with our products or services capabilities and meet customer expectations.
The CVP Manager builds the Orange Business value propositions with the active support of the Business lines concerned and the sales channels. He or she then develops this value proposition in different formats to meet the needs of the salespeople. This multi-component deliverable is tested and adjusted throughout the project with salespeople and must be communicated to the sales channels.
He or she interfaces upstream with the strategy to anticipate emerging needs and ensures that the CVP integrates a vision of the future that is consistent with the 4 Strategic Value Propositions. He/she liaises with the campaign manager to anticipate the right transition and supports the launch of campaigns if any.
The mission
Work with the International & French sales channels, International & French marketing organizations and analyst relations team to identify priorities to focus on
Consider marketing research to highlight market trends, business drivers, priorities and challenges for our customers.
Work with marketing and product development experts in the various Business Lines to identify the key differentiators and transversal solutions sales should position to answer our customers’ main business needs.
Build Customer Value Propositions to position a set of transversal Orange Business solutions towards our customers; tell the story from the viewpoint of our customers’ business drivers and challenges.
Build supporting Sales Enablement documents (Customer Value proposition presentations, Sales Scripts and Customer References books, pitchs, emails)
Provide training to sales on the CVP through webinars, building appropriate learning materials and involving expert speakers, taking into account all time zones.
Support local marketing teams with adapting Customer Value propositions to specific market sub-segment or accounts.
Support the Campaign Owner: help defining the objectives of a Communication Campaign based on a CVP.

Skills needed
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills. Ability to work with people from different cultures, different teams, and different job levels. Ability to create teams, communicate goals and empower and motivate team members.
Project management skills to keep the CVP on track and to timelines.
Effective communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and sales channels engaged.
A solid overview of Orange Business’ portfolio
The ability to find and organize information from various sources
Public speaking skills and the ability to express yourself well
Web-writing skills to create communication materials, whatever the format
PowerPoint is going to be one of your main tools, with special attention on slide design.
Creative skills to think of new ways to get stories across
languages: English and French are mandatory.
8-10 seniority is required for this position

Key selection criteria :
Masters degree or equivalent
English and French full proficiency
Experience in content production
lead in matrix organization
High Synthesis ability
Knowledge of Orange Business solutions / Experience in Telecom or similar Tech sectors
Marketing experience in a B2B context
