Responsibilities
Establishes the governance and quality standards for data management and ensures compliance across the organization
Policy and Standards
Establish and maintain policies and standards and support federated teams to embrace their data roles
Check compliance against data governance policies and standards
Data Quality Management
Define quality standards and monitor data quality across the organization’s data domains
Track quality remediation efforts
Experience
7+ years of experience with data, ideally with previous governance or quality experience
5+ years in management/executive role
Skills
Strong leadership experience in an enterprise or cross-functional role
Strong interpersonal and communication/persuasion skills
Strong project management leadership
Experience in performance management metrics
Proven ability to coordinate cross functional teams of business, IT and other key stakeholders
