Context & issues:
Orange MEA is willing to revolutionize its project’s operating model to drastically reduce the time to market of experimentations, industrialize their processes and maximize customer value. In that perspective OMEA will put in place a “Digital Factory” in order to develop new Process digitalization and Customer journeys projects, in the newly defined delivery model based on Agile and DevOps.
OMEA is recruiting a “Digital Factory” lead Architect to manage the strategic technical orientations of the products design into Digital Factory.
Scope of the position:
The role of the lead architect is transversal and covers all the business, process, data and IT dimensions of a project to guide and decide on the technical choices to be implemented in product development. He/she follows the products from end to end and supports the teams during the deployment phases.

Functional managing position inside the digital factory
Hierarchical Attachment:
You will report to the Head of Digital Factory based in Morocco.
Main mission:
Integrate the urbanization information systems country constraints in the definition of product architecture and implement the strategy of simplification, pooling and reuse, taking into account local constraints
Have a role of key contact point on the perimeter of the products of the digital factory, organize regular monitoring points, support on architectural practices (Architecture framework of the Digital Factory, norms and standards) and animate the community of stakeholder architect of the Digital Factory.
Conduct architectural studies in collaboration with architects in the impacted fields
Develop norms and standards and update the content of architecture repositories
Ensure the promotion and communication of architectural standards and recommendations and carry out the control, or even the evaluation of their proper application.
Deploy architectural governance, support projects and design authority
Report the progress of your work to your manager to ensure communication to the customers of the digital factory
Quantitative and qualitative results:
Ensure consistency, reliability and scalability of the different products design
Ensure technological choice is coherent with local country stakeholder

Profil recherché :
>7 years in an Architect position position
Ability to position itself as a credible and effective interlocutor, ability to create a climate of cooperation
Writing and formalization ability
Telecom or banking enterprise architecture
Ability to manage agile management modes;
Knowledge of applications and web
Fluent English; ability to interact in a multicultural environment with dispersed teams within MEA
