VOS MISSIONS AU QUOTIDIEN
- To know the data management framework and the capabilities of SG Wholesale Banking Business and to facilitate the setup and manage data governance in both change the bank and run-the-bank mode.
- Promote the data driven culture and raise worldwide awareness within WSB/SUR
- To animate the SUR data framework governance, leveraging on contributions from top management, IT resources, project resources, data designers and architects: specifically, the Data framework Expert is in charge to organize and deliver the Data Governance Committee at SUR global level (every 2 months).
- To ensure each application provides to the Data framework the expected level of data quality monitoring for each SUR process and analyze the resulting data quality indicators with the SUR top management stakeholders.
- Identify, remediate, and monitor key data quality metrics to ensure the Bank’s internal control framework is operating as designed.
- Facilitate the collection of data quality problems from teams (problems detected in production or in ongoing projects) analyze them, estimate for any other issues, and define the entities in charge of the remediation.
- Close collaboration with the CDO data office to align standards and best practices.
- Conduct data quality remediation in Project & BAU mode along with other Data governance teams
- Collaboration with technology, operations, and other transversal functions to enhance the data quality dashboards, metrics, KPIs
- Participate/contribute to discussions on relevant data quality indicators, designing of new DQ dashboard and their analysis in RUN mode, new functionalities in IT tools and the positioning of automatic/manual controls that will allow to calculate these indicators
- Manage the Governance of the normative documentation defined in the framework of the project and ensure that the norms and standards of the Group to come are considered.
- To ensure all contributors maintain their part of the associated normative documentation

Technical Skills:
5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Data Management Space
IT background is preferable
Design, build, integrate data from various resources.
Data management expertise in defining Metadata (Data Dictionary), Quality and Lineage for critical data elements.
Expertise in tools that are used in Data Analytics. (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Other skills:
Ability to work with diverse teams
Ability to work with the Excel, Tableau, SharePoint, and Power BI tool
Spoken Language fluency (for verbal communication with the necessary entities)
Strong analytical skills with Ability to work independently and multi-task.
Excellent organizational and time-management
Good interpersonal skills, responsiveness, ability to communicate in English & French (written/spoken)
Sense of service, flexibility
Efficiency, team spirit and ability to evolve in a fast and demanding work environment
