In this spirit, PROMAN Morocco is recruiting for one of its clients an Electrical Engineer at El Jadida.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Management:
Oversee the daily activities of subcontractors.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Project Planning:
Plan and schedule electrical work to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with managers, engineers, and other divisions to ensure seamless integration of electrical work with other construction activities.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
Identify and rectify any issues or deviations from plans.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members follow safety procedures.
Resource Management:
Manage materials and equipment required for electrical work.
Ensure that tools and equipment are properly maintained and available when needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of work progress, issues, and resolutions.
Prepare and submit regular reports to managers.
Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors.
Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges encountered on-site.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between subcontractors and other divisions.
Communicate effectively with JESA/OCP, managers, and other stakeholders.
Budget Management:
Monitor expenses related to electrical work and ensure they stay within budget.
Control subcontractors' use of materials to avoid waste.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure all electrical work adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals for electrical installations.
