EMEA Talent Management Coordinator
Location – one of IP EMEA Facilities

You will be part of the EMEA Team, influencing and supporting the organization from a Talent Management & Diversity and Inclusion perspective.
You will have a chance to collaborate with various teams across the EMEA region, and deliver exceptional support to our colleagues while contributing to International Paper’s success. You will have an opportunity to work in one of IP EMEA facility (either in Spain, or Poland, France, Italy or Morocco). There is an option of partially remote working conditions.
You will be responsible for
In the area of Talent Management & Performance Management:
Ensure key International Paper People Processes are properly followed in EMEA
Creating, with support of other team members, trainings, communication, workshops
Designing, maintaining and delivering different initiatives & tools to support people development aligned with the International Paper processes
Proactively working with HRBPs to ensure our corporate processes are being rolled out locally
Communicating key timelines to HR and broader EMEA population and follow up with stats
Design and Implementation of EMEA HR projects or initiatives
Support to the People Review Process
Coordinating EMEA Developmental Programs:
In the area of Diversity&Inclusion:
Designing and Implementing D&I projects and/or initiatives
Customizing and implementing Global D&I projects in EMEA
Owning D&I data and metrics
Designing D&I training for all employees (incl. white and blue collars)
Delivering, when needed, D&I training and workshops
Building and delivering communication materials for the EMEA region
Coordinating the D&I Champions at local level, gathering D&I plans at country level, assist and coach where needed
You have
Bachelor degree in Business Management, HR, Psychology or related
A minimum experience of 5 years in HR multinational environment
Professional HR with Talent Management or HR Generalist background
Project management experience
IT & technology savviness
Fluency in English
Knowledge of French and/or Spanish will be an asset
Excellent customer focus and multicultural sensitivity
Strong communication and presentation/facilitation skills
