Job Purpose
This technical and analytical role will be responsible for supporting ERP operations and business growth through the definition, development, and implementation of business systems. In addition, this position provides assistance and training to users of ERP business systems.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom modifications to the company’s ERP system
Assist and may train users
Create and maintain system and user documentation
Provide the first line of support for ERP user issues
Support the ERP Administrator in the maintenance of the ERP system
Support other business system projects as assigned or as the situation dictates
Reports to manager
Education
Graduate from an Engineering School
Curricula: ERP Engineering
Global Experience
5+ years
Specific Experience in the position
3 years minimum
Experience developing software/ specific programs/ customizing ERPs with strong knowledge in developing technical specifications
