Job Purpose
Assist Estimating Director in planning, coordinating and reviewing estimates, training of junior estimators, and maintaining/updating procedures.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Lead estimates of big size projects for different industries and different contracting strategies
Ensure all estimates are prepared in accordance with estimating procedures and J-Steps.
Ensure all database information is up-to-date and accurate.
Review all estimates prior to submission.
Create, improve and adapt the estimating Work Instructions, deliverables templates, and estimating procedures.
Prepare adequate estimating staffing plan and budget for projects.
Education
Bac + 5 (Engineer in preference)
Engineering, construction, estimating and cost control
Global Experience
More than 15 years
Specific Experience in the position
Minimum 5 years in the Engineering and construction industry including 2 years minimum as a Lead Estimator
