Job Description:
Heading the department, assuring 100 % quality of RM, PM & FG
WI, SOP improvements
Faults detection prior to failure
Decrease in rework cost by timely intervention
MIS, Computer skills, presentation skills
Manpower handling, skill matrix, training, development, retention
Cost saving
Knowledge of advanced QC tools / concepts
Knowledge of instruments, testing methods
Knowledge of testing of glassfibre, resin…will be advantage
Preparation of ITP / QAP / Compliance / COA
facing third party audits
knowledge of ISO / TS
Assignment:
M.Sc. (Chemistry / Industrial chem / Polymer), 5+ years’ experience solely in
QC in Glass / Plastic (preferably Composite – Pultrusion / Thermoset /
Thermoplastic Material) or composite / chemical Industry with at least 4-6
years in equivalent position. Exposure in working with composites is
preferred. Should have handled 10+ QC Team.
