Finance Controller Junior

The Finance controller of SITA BU works with the head of SITA BU and his team to support the business and targets achievement. He/she ensures accurate forecasts, validates accounting figures, and provide value-added reportings.
- Business partnership:
support Business Owners to co-construct forecasts/budgets with robust underlying assumptions, ensure that actual results are managed better than forecasts, and identify cost savings initiatives
Align with local/central Finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly reported revenue and costs
Collaborate with Human Resources to understand and update labour costs forecasts
- Accounting validation:
Perfom detailed analysis on monthly billing in order to identify any potential issue
Ensure that all transactions, in particular accruals/provisions, are accounted for on a consistent basis and comply with policies and procedures
Monitor closings and propose accounting corrections if need be
Provide requested documents analysis and explanations to external and internal auditors
- Reporting:
Provide monthly Business reporting to Management in line with the company deadlines and ensure that all variances, trends, and KPIs are understood and clearly explained
Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by Business Partner or Finance Management
Raise alerts in case of identification of issues and propose appropriate actions to solve issues
Maintain and develop appropriate reporting tools and metrics.

Fluent in english
0-3 years experience
Understanding of financial reporting indicators and accounting
Ability and interest in data analysis, good Excel skills
Written and verbal Communication skills
Ability to work in a multi-cultural and worldwide organization
Preferably a first successful experience in Controlling.
