Position Overview
We are seeking a Finance Program Controller for our E-Systems Plant in Rabat. This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and reporting directly to the Plant Controller.
Key Responsibilities :
Comparison between APR/PAR provided by Cost & Price vs. the Rabat Plant outcome to identify deviation, risk and opportunities for new projects.
Analyze and understand profitability for each program compared to APR
Hourly cost implementations for Power and electronics area
Implement Copper control for Forecast and actuals.
Ensure that all the commercial responsible of every customer makes the monthly review and
communicate the results.
As a result of the monthly review, identify and evaluate the necessity to build or to release an accrual and accrual accuracy on commercial reserves.
Follow up that selling prices are properly updated when they are copper/LTA/D&D/CTO/other indexed and support forecast/budget reporting.
Supervise FSSC pricing team
Ensure that Zero mistakes of prices loaded after 100% Price Change Audit.
To perform a semi-annual cleaning of the Pricing Database.
Follow up results of the pricing controls done in Brno and support as needed to communicate results/actions timely.
Follow up with the team the debit notes processing and the invoices matching
Follow up with the team the customer AR and unbilled overdue and improve the bad debt reserves
Follow up with the team the Sales & COGS monthly reconciliation
Ensure the quarterly reserves and schedule
Ensure the budget and monthly forecast in terms of Sales figures
Ensure Internal Control, SOX follow up and monitoring
Ensure the completion of SOX tests related to all cycles
Ensure follow up and resolution of deficiencies
Implementation of needed controls for preventing deficiencies
Keep updating SOX documentation
Ensure closing open deficiencies in one quarter later
Participate actively in the monthly closing
Response to requests from external and internal auditors
Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements
Key Skills :
Master ’s Degree in Accounting, Controlling and Audit
At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role
Experience in a Manufacturing/Automotive environment is preferred but not limited to
Process oriented mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Great communication skills
English fluency is a must
