World-leading approaches in finance are fundamental to our success. Our Financial Analysis team has a broad and important responsibility. We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Sales Compensation Plan attainment and commission payout per individuals, by respecting deadlines as per Sales Compensation Plan Calendar and payroll calendar
Effectively interact with Sales and Finance population and resolve questions and potential conflicts regarding Sales Compensation Plan; help other team members to solve their issues
Perform business analysis on sales commissions to support management understanding and decision making
Coordinate team work and backfill others when needed.
Ensure process compliance to the commission rules
Essential Requirements
Excellent communication skills in French & English both orally and in writing
Preferred Bachelor’s degree received in the last 12 months
Analytical and detail oriented profile
Integrity and trust
Extensive excel proficiency
