Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Exadata Technical Lead to oversee the architecture, deployment, performance, and availability of Oracle databases running on Oracle Exadata (19c). The ideal candidate will lead a team of DBAs, provide expert-level support and performance tuning, and ensure the optimal utilization of Exadata engineered systems across production and non-production environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Exadata Cloud@Customer or X9M/X10M platforms.
Experience in containerized databases, autonomous health framework (AHF), and fleet patching/maintenance.
Understanding of GoldenGate, ZDLRA, DBFS, and ACFS.
Automation using shell scripting, Python, or Ansible.
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Exadata Specialist Certification preferred.
Required skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of Oracle DBA experience with at least 3+ years on Oracle Exadata platforms.
Hands-on experience with:
Oracle Database 19c (multitenant architecture preferred)
Oracle Exadata administration (cell nodes, compute nodes, Infiniband, RoCE)
Oracle RAC, ASM, Clusterware (CRS), and Grid Infrastructure
Data Guard (Physical/Active), Flashback, RMAN
OEM (Cloud Control), DBMS_STATS, SQL tuning tools
Strong knowledge of patching strategy for Exadata: GI, DB, and storage servers (dbnodeupdate.sh, patchmgr, dcli).
Familiarity with ExaCLI, dcli, cellcli, and ILOM.
Proven skills in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
