We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to establish and oversee testing frameworks in complex environments. The ideal candidate has a robust technical background, expertise in defining and implementing performance KPIs for quality, and exceptional adaptability to client environments and project constraints. Experience in the luxury domain is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement testing strategies tailored to client needs.
Develop and monitor performance KPIs related to quality assurance.
Manage testing teams and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Adapt to the client’s specific industry requirements, especially in high-complexity projects.
Provide leadership and support in handling challenges in dynamic environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing solutions align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10 years in quality assurance, with a proven track record in technical and managerial roles.
Skills:
