Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Release Management Lead to oversee and drive the release management process across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing releases from planning through execution, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the release management process for all software releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure quality control throughout the release lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and post-release activities.
Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues related to releases.
Develop and maintain release plans, including risk assessments and contingency plans.
Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in release management or related IT project management roles.
Extensive experience in managing complex software release cycles, including coordination with development, testing, and operations teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of release management tools and best practices.
Proven ability to handle multiple releases simultaneously with attention to detail.
