Missions:
Brainstorming: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate smart and innovative ideas that align with client objectives.
Visual Content Creation: Create visually compelling images and videos, ensuring they reflect the client’s identity, strategy, and intended objectives.
Design Evaluation: With a keen eye for detail, challenge designs from both aesthetic and strategic perspectives to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Mentorship: Use your extensive experience to coach colleagues and elevate the talents within the creative team.

Requirements:
Passionate: You have a strong passion for video and social media content creation.
Skilled: Proficient in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
Resourceful: A diligent researcher who follows trends and is capable of keeping work fresh, eager to share findings with the team.
Experienced: At least 3 years of experience in an advertising, content, or communication agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skillset and notable projects.
Sociable: Enjoy engaging with colleagues, whether at the coffee machine or on a sunny terrace after office hours.
Proven experience as a Motion Designer or Art Director, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your talent and creativity.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
