We are recruiting for our client a Senior Project Manager to support the Multi-Brand Supply Chain unit in launching new IT convergence projects. The mission focuses on spare parts management, a critical priority for automotive manufacturers, as inventory immobilization represents significant costs.
Location: Morocco (with possible travel to France)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6 months (renewable)
Mission
You will play a key role in the DFS Convergence Project, a top 10 global After-Sales initiative, which aims to:
Optimize logistics flows and rationalize information systems (IS) by harmonizing existing tools.
Reduce DFS (Direct from Supplier) flows and improve macro-processes (AS-IS to TO-BE).
Deliver financial gains, increased efficiency, and better coordination between suppliers, hubs, workshops, and customers.
Enhance overall competitiveness for the group.
Lead and manage the DFS Convergence Project as a strategic initiative.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Facilitate workshops, analyze processes, and propose actionable improvements.
Provide clear and structured reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure the project stays on track, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
Proven expertise in project management methodologies (6+ years).
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, preferably in the automotive or after-sales sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience in IT convergence projects or large-scale system harmonization.
Bilingual in English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure in an international environment.
