The Head of Revenue Management drives revenue and profits for the property. He/She applies revenue management practices and strategies on all business sources. He/She also determines daily pricing. This ensures revenue is maximised and follows property objectives.
Role responsibilities :
1. He/She assesses the external marketplace, demand, and competitor offerings, to allow for proper price competition. He/She also assesses intermediary opportunities in line with segmentation goals. These must be in tune with corporate guidelines.
2. He/She also creates guidelines for running inventory and pricing strategies. This maximises revenue from each segment and distribution channels. He/She partners with the sales team on contracted, group and revenue generation. He/She must ensure alignment with overall pricing and promotions on events.
3. He/She also manages the reservations department to ensure pricing strategies are performed along with revenue plans. He/She must also prepare and distribute revenue forecasts for the General Manager.
4. He/She may also help on budget processes/input with the Managing Director.
5. He/She should have the ability to direct the Marketplace strategy.
6. He/She will be managing the sales teams in different cities.
Requirements:
8 to 10 years of experience including 2 to 4 years of experience in the same title.
FMCG Background is preferred
Proven leadership skills.
