Description :
Position: HR Executive/Officer
Qualification: Master's degree in Human Recourse Management or Industrial Relations OR Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration.
Language Proficiency: Good Verbal & Written Communication skills in English/ French & Arabic Language
IT Skill: Proficiency in MS Office and HR Data Management Systems
Experience: Candidate who has 6-10 years of working experience in Human Resource Management in multinational company, proven ability to establish and maintain an effective HR policies and systems. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. People oriented and result driven.
Reporting to: HR Manager - North Africa.
Responsibilities in view of HR department:
• Sourcing the CV's, assisting for screening, shortlisting candidates and coordinating for interviews VC/teams interviews, Documentation, salary negotiation offer issuance, recruitment data management - End to end recruitment.
• Understanding of different types of employment contracts and implementing as per the needs of the organization. Contract Management of local staff as per the statutory requirements.
• Hands-on knowledge of local labour laws. Ensuring 100% compliance with all statutory requirements and local rules and regulations with respect to human resources
• Control of local employment statutory compliances w.r.t CNSS, AMO etc.
• Responsible for expats legal employment conditions (work visa, work permit, residency etc.) within the time frame.
• Preparing the data for weekly / monthly HR MIS report.
• Hands-on knowledge of employee disciplinary actions/ legal letters to be complaint with the legal laws
• Representing the company in legal assessments, labour department audits, legal employment cases.
• Employee separation management as per local labour law.
• Working on HR Management system to be system complaint
• Experience of working in training & development, performance management system.
• Assisting HR Manager in day-to-day HR work.
Contract duration: 12 Months (renewed on mutual consent)
