Description of the job :
Our position of HR Manager, based in Casablanca, Morocco.
The HR manager is responsible for supporting the start-up of the new organisation on all HR related aspects.
He/she will set-up the HR department according to local labour law, and will implement the Barry Callebaut HR strategy in the organisation.
Please kindly note that this is a part time position initially, full time position will be possible at later stage.

Description of Tasks :
Ensuring all activities and programs related to human resources are implemented in accordance with the organization's human resource strategy.
Ensuring the implementation of recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, organizational development, relocation, equal employment/affirmative action, health & safety and wellness, human resources administration, human resource information systems, payroll, employee communications, employment/industrial/labor relations.
Work together with managers to ensure the organization's human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
Advise and coach your business on people management processes (performance management, engagement, personal development) to ensure effective employer- employee relations.
Act as SPOC for the entire organisation, handle employee requests and queries in an efficient way to ensure seamless HR administrative services for employees and managers.
Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making so the organization's human resource strategy is aligned with other business strategies.
Representing the organization in interactions with external parties in order to protect the organization's interests and reputation.
Your profile :
Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management or similar
Native French speaker, fluent in English – both written and oral
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources: Labor law, Payroll and Compensation, benefits, performance and development
Experience in working in manufacturing environment, food manufacturing is a plus
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leaders and employees
Self-starter, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the detail
Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite
Experience in HRIS
