Position overview:
Reporting to the HR Manager, our future HR specialist will be primarily managing various aspects of human resources within the organization, supporting developing and implementing of HR projects, He/She will be involved in our policy and culture implementation, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Ultimately, the goal is to support the organization in achieving its objectives by effectively managing its human capital.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR Shoop floor KPI’s
Register all employee’s new hires in medical insurance.
Follow up with insurance company.
Improve the canteen planning break for direct & indirect employees
Prepare monthly contract evaluation for direct employees.
Ensure and manage properly the disciplinary interviews
Participate daily in the multidisciplinary meeting with other departments.
Support all HR functional areas.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master’s degree.
At least one two full years of experience in Lear Human Resources department.
Knowledge of the general operations of Human Resources and basic employee benefits.
Ability to be flexible and respond to varied demands while consistently prioritizing all incoming requests.
Must be able to work as a part of a team under aggressive deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written formats.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Ability to exercise sound judgment.
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
