Job Purpose
Act as a specialist in HSE to support field disciplines in order to complete the project in a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly manner in compliance with JESA HSE Program and local regulations.
Ensure the JESA HSE Program (SPA, SOR, TMT, PTW, RHA,..) is implemented
Monitor compliance to training and competency requirements (including licenses, certifications, HSE inductions etc)
Produce HSE Reporting deliverables (daily, weekly, monthly, ...)
Monitor compliance to HSE standards; include monitoring client HSE requirements; conduct scheduled field visits and inspections; recommend and follow through on corrective actions.
Provide technical and process support for incident investigations
Audit the site HSE program to determine compliance levels.
Communicate HSE reporting to stakeholders (client, JESA, contractors)
Lead HSE meetings at regular intervals
Coordinate the communication of HSE matters at the project level
Conduct a quarterly HSE audit per contractor. Quarterly target = Number of HSE Audits realized on the quarter/ Number of contractors on site during the quarter
Lead two HSE campaigns per year
Organize a minimum of 1 emergency response drill per year
Conduct 1 HSE audit every 6 months (minimum)
Directly managed staff (n-1): HSE Inspectors
Global managed staff: Varies
