We are hiring an Indirect Buyer - Automotive Industry with a proven experience in the automotive industry
Key Accountabilities:
Key Activities for the Senior Network Engineer include working with the Global Network team and Subject Matter Experts to provide:
Integrate indirect procurement activities through by proactive identification of new sourcing opportunities in Plant , Supplies, Utilities and Facilities Services, leveraging knowledge of suppliers, supply chain teams and other procurement category managers.
Plans, organizes, direct and control activities related to each indirect spend category.
Manage indirect supplier relationship including supplier scorecards, monitoring contract terms & conditions, contract amendments and resolving supplier's issues as needed.
Examines and analyzes departmental contract requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information; contacts department or initiator to clarify or complete information; determines method to process requisition based on dollar amount, timeliness required, existing open contracts, and/or competitive bidding.
Identifies and selects vendor to procure requisitioned commodities, meeting criteria such as price, quantity, quality and delivery date and places contracts.
Identifies requesting department's needs and develops and refines specifications for commodities, supplies or equipment.
Interprets and communicates purchasing procedures to departments; assists departments in initiating new supplier requisitions and solves problems with orders.
Assist in resolving purchasing problems between plant and suppliers.

Skill in preparing and analyzing complex technical specifications and bids.
Solid Technical and Analytical Skills.

Must be able to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization.
Must understand "Total Cost Value" concepts.
Must be able to set up processes that monitor project progress and completion rates.
Must be able to work independently and handle multiple work assignments.
Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet application.
Hands on execution and be a change "leader".
Strong sense of urgency.
Education and Experience:
Master degree in Business, Engineering or Technical Field.
4 - 6 years in Procurement experience.
Fluent English
Bac+5 et plus
Expérience entre 5 ans et 10 ans - Anglais (courant)
