You will manage relationships with our strategic distribution partners to ensure effective collaboration.
You will contribute to the sales strategy tailored to the specific needs of our channels.
You will provide follow-up and close support to improve partner satisfaction.
You will develop value for our partners by providing them with tools, access to the information system, co-marketing opportunities, training, and increased visibility.
You will analyze partner performance and propose improvements by implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner involvement and engagement.
You will manage incentive programs to motivate partners and contribute to organizing events and campaigns to boost sales.
You will ensure regular communication on product updates and collect partner feedback to improve offerings.
You will prepare reports on partner activity and sales results, presenting these results during quarterly business reviews (QBR) and making recommendations.

You have significant experience in partner development, ideally at an international level, and expertise in partnership structuring.
Partner relationship management
Performance analysis and KPI implementation
Knowledge of sales strategies
Communication skills
Ability to work transversally, particularly with marketing and sales teams
Fluency in English and French
